Auto populating Quality Elements

Hi All

We are using Oracle Quality and would like to auto populate some collection elements. but we are getting error. however the SQL queries are populating correct data when run in toad or SQL developer.

Below is the action which I have set to  populate quantity from Job number.

How ever when we enter the Job in Quality plan we get below error.
