Error FRM-40735: PRE-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062 when try to save a record i

Hello,

Below error is coming when saving Debrief with Material Lines.

Error FRM-40735: PRE-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062 when try to save a record in Debrief form

This error is not coming if debrief has only Expense Lines.

I have referred Doc ID 2295342.1, but it did not mention error is specific to Material Lines.

Please suggest a solution.
