Price Security

How do others secure pricing throughout all PeopleSoft to only those users that need to see it?  This is our process and it works great except when we have to do updates.

  We have certain categories of products that we need the prices to be secure.  Currently, we do a massive customization by category to secure prices for these categories.   We have looked at doing this at the field level and that is not an option.  How ours works is we have a custom table we enter a user ID and a category.  Once we put a category on any user in the table, then all the pricing and $ fields on any screen becomes invisible to all other users until we add the other users ID and that category to
