commission / royalty management

Dear All ,

we have a commission policy based on achieved % .

if the sales amounts are achieved 90% (as compare to target) , there is certain % of commission is given on the sales value .

in commission management , what I can see is it calculates fixed amount / %  for each invoice / credit notes .

is there any way in the system we can calculate commission % based on achieved amount ?
