Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Downgrade from RDBMS EE to Standard Edition

I have a database 12 EE that needs to be downgraded to Standard Edition.

Would it be ok to move databasefiles to new installed mashine or do I need to export import?

It's a quite large DB so concerned by the time.
