SR Privacy

Hello,

I need a privacy in Oracle Support (MetaLink) account for our SRs.

In fact we have 2 different teams who are issuing SRs but I don’t want each team to see the SRs created by other team.

Currently, all users can see and have access to all SRs in our account.

Please assist how we can manage to have this privacy for our team members.

I couldn't find any data on Oracle website to address my issue.
