Time Admin hangs at the Starting TL_TRPROFILE Get TR Profiles. (13507,13).  Any ideas on how to expedite this process?

In our PUM25 production environment, this process executes under one minute but in our PUM28 test environment, it hangs and seems to become locked on a temp table.

We have reindexed our temp tables and compared the two environments ... we didn't see any record/index differences when we compared the state and temp records that TL_TIMEADMIN and TL_TRPROFILE use

RESOLUTION entailed unchecking (make inactive) TL_TRPROFILE.GA000.Step65 and TL_TRPROFILE.DA000.Step025 which were added in PUM 26

time admin processed 7000 successfully after these two steps were removed
