Zero asset value on Journal Entry Reserve Ledger report

Hello

We have CIP assets that added in January 2019 then we capitalized them later in the same period.

We have run depreciation with close period for January 2019. However, we found that on Journal Entry Reserve Ledger report there are 2 lines of each of these assets. See yellow highlight rows on the screenshot below.

Could anyone please advise why there is a duplicated line with 0 amount to all fields?
