No Journal IDs were created for AM (Load Transactions from AM)

I had transactions load into AM (Load transaction into AM) - the file loaded with no errors -  the log shows no errors but no Journal IDs were created.  I can pull the assets up in AM but no journal ID is there.  This worked last month.
