Work order part-list is blank - E1

If the parent items has 1) Effective variable BOM and 2) Expired batch BOM defined in the system, when WO is placed for the batch quantity and the part-list attached is Blank.

For example: BOM 1- Variable, effective

                      BOM 2- Fixed batch quantity -10, expired

                      WO ordered quantity - 10

                      Part-list is BLANK

Is there any BUG or patch available for this? Is this fixed in 9.2 version?
