Credit Check during Ship Confirmation
Hello Experts,
For some customers when during ship confirmation we are getting error ' Delivery line xxxx does not satisfy credit payment requirements for the order line or has a line or order level hold. This line cannot be packed or shipped.'
However at Header or Line Level, we dont see any any holds and The Customer has sufficient credit limit available..
Any help in this to understand the issue and how to overcome this will be appreciated.
