Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to Debug the Publish QA Failed

Hi,

A Service Contract is authored and did a manual QA check for the contract and then manually published to the customer using administrator workbench.

However the contract negotiation status is reflecting the - 'Publish QA Failed' status.

Can someone help me on how to go about debugging and find where the issue is.
