Upgrade X5-2 to 18.3

Hi !

Pls advise on possible/best upgrade path for X5-2 from 12.1.2.12 VP > 18.3  (8 RAC db's 12.1 + 15 vm's)

Having two ODA's and Dataguard, we consider to re-image.

Main db 10TB growing ~ 2TB/year -> fragmented ACFS filesystems -> decreased I/O performance

Until possible upgrade, how to defrag ACFS 12.1 ?
