R31802A updates wrong document co. in GL

We are running manufacturing accounting R31802A report it is update wrong document co. in F0911, though it is showing correct document co. in PDF for IM document type. Need your help to know is there any specific setup to get document co. and Co. in sync with inventory report. . Kindly refer the attached document for your reference. . . Thank you JayK
