1099 electronic filing

How do you submit 2 different 1099 returns in one file to the IRS? Each time I do the write media and then copy to the text file it creates a header and trailer record for each return. the 1220 publication states only one header and one trailer. It also states you can have different returns in one file. Can this be done in E1?
