Does $AD_TOP/sql/ADZDDBC.sql check custom triggers, packages and BI Publisher reports on the middle

Hello,

I have run gscc.pl on my custom forms (.fmb), reports (.rdf) and .sql files on our linux box. My question is, how do I check our custom code on the middle tier (e.g. custom triggers, packages, BI Publisher reports)? Does ADZDDBC.sql do that or do we have to run gscc.pl against the source code?
