GL Import Error Code (EF03) missing from PSP_SUSP_AC_ERRORS

Hi,

EBS 12.1.3

I noticed EF03 error code is missing from PSP_SUSP_AC_ERRORS lookup.  What could be the reason?  What other codes could be missing?  I get 68 rows for the below sql.

select *from apps.fnd_lookupswhere lookup_type='PSP_SUSP_AC_ERRORS';

FYI - I checked the record history and the date is from our initial setup.
