User is an employee since 2013

User roles check out ok- 2 valid user roles

Employee Self Service action

trying to change address and phone

signs into E1 using user id, password and ESS usr role

able to access.  clicks on P05410 form W05410C and immediately receives a hard error

Error indicates must reach out to Administrator

Line 29 is location of error

399B is the error ID

unknown cause for error

user access set correctly no errors for user in using other applications or forms for Financial duties
