Home Health Visits

Any suggestions on how to handle paying home health visits yet still counting hours worked towards overtime regular rate of pay?  These employees are paid a flat amount per visit.  Hours are tracked for Overtime reasons in our timekeeping system, but we currently do not pass these hours to Oracle as we are not paying by the hour.
