View accounting option not appearing for Transaction and receipts

Hello,

I couldn't able to see accounting entries from Receiving Transaction Summary windows due to VIEW ACCOUNTING option grayed out.

I ran Create accounting - Receiving Program and Receipt Accruals - Period-End (due to period end accruals) even though VIEW ACCOUNTING option grayed out.

Do i need to check anything?
