Concurrent Program Output Size is huge

Hello Tech Gurus,

We are facing a scenario where our concurrent program output size is much higher than what is expected.

If the input jpg file size(file to be referred) is 200kb , the output size is 4 MB

Oracle Report is the executable type and the program just selects the booked Orders and display appended with the Jpg files(Input)

Can some one advise on this
