Retro Pay Exception Earns not calculating correctly since PUM Image 27 Tax Update C - 9.2

Since we installed this PUM, our retro pay earnings have stopped calculating correctly for exception pay earnings. Is anyone else having this issue? Maybe there was a configuration change that I'm not aware of. For example, we have an employee that gets paid bi-weekly. They get 80 hours per pay period and, it's paid 40 hours/week. If they take vacation, sick, etc., it reduces the regular earnings. It's been calculating correctly until this PUM was installed. Even in the calculations below, it's correct until the date that our PUM went live. We went live 12/15/18.
