Diameter Signaling Router (DSR) Measurement Reports Problem After Upgrade to 8.2.1

Dear Community,

After DSR upgrade from 7.1.2 to 8.2.1 some measurements are not updated (Red) while the other measurements in the same (report and scheduled) task are fine. Any idea how to get the data?
