Delegate to Multiple Proxy IDs

Based on what we have reviewed in documentation and the HCDL_DELEGATION database table keys the delivered delegation framework won't be able to satisfy a business requirement of allowing a manager to have multiple active proxies.

Has anyone developed a solution to support delegating to multiple Proxy IDs? We are looking at Guided Self Service / My Team and also Fluid Manager Self Service available from the NavBar.
