Can Siebel consume the HTML response from a Webservice call - IP15

Hi,

We are on IP15, and trying to build a outbound service (SOAP over http), where the target system responds in HTML format. Is it possible for CRM to accept a HTML format as response? And I don't think IP15 supports RESTful webservices.

I believe, on version IP16 and beyond, Siebel supports RESTful services. So, can we start accepting HTML response if we upgrade IP16/IP17?
