Can I exclude service orders from going on GSA hold?

Hi,

I'm looking for any bit of helpful information regarding how to exclude specific order types from hitting the GSA hold check. Currently, our Government customers whom also place service parts orders (which do not have contracted pricing) may have these orders go on hold, which have to be reviewed/released manually. Aside from developing a concurrent job to auto-release these, is there a way to exclude them from the hold's visibility?

We're on 12.1.3.

EDIT: Due to lack of response, I'm assuming there is no in-Oracle solution to this issue.
