disk repair on storage servers

I took the X5 exam recently and one of the incorrectly answered question was about disk repair and scrubbing.  Question was general - which are true about disk repair and scrubbing.  Vaguely remember the answers

A. Hard disks are scanned every 2 weeks only when idle

B. Hard disks are scanned by default every 2 weeks irrespective of idle or not

C. Disk repair done immediately from smart flash cache for corrupted disks when data is dirty on cache

D. Disk repair done immediately from smart flash cache for corrupted disks when data is clean on cache

E, Incase or normal or high redundancy, disk repair can be made from the mirror copy
