Calculator/Configuration too create hardware configuration for oracle database (CPU, RAM, ROM,...)

Hello,

I`m new in this and I wonder is there some calculator or configuration to create HW configuration?

I have max iops value, size of database, users number, and I need some calculator/configuration to configure number of CPU, RAM, ROM and Disk size based on this parameters?
