Data grids not retrieving when workbook with hs.getvalue open

Hi,

We have a limited number of users which, when they open a workbook with hs.getvalues retrievals and then try to retrieve a data grid in an other workbook then this data grid does not retrieve.  Users are either on the v600 or v800 version of Smartview and we are on HFM 11.2.4.207.  I wonder if the Office version could be a contributor in all of this. 

Has anyone come across this kind of behaviour and found a solution to this?
