Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. "user variable options" not visible

One of the user is not able to see "user variable options" under application->file->preferences and also have unusual interface of task list status & my task list (unwanted radio buttons) where other users of same group (managing security by grou p) are able to open same things without any error.
