Error FDMEE Target Application

Hi,

I am trying to set up a Planning Cloud application as target of my FDMEE process. When I try to save it I receive this message:

Error in retrieving applications from cloud environment:
Error
GET X returned a response status of 401 Unauthorized

Do I need to be owner of the application or administrator? Please help.
