forcePurge in loadmeasure not working!!

Hi,

How to delete the old data in a measure.

This is an intermediate measure which was created by me it needs be refreshed every time the data is loaded from backend.

Measure Details:

Measure:           ByI3PromoFrcstOvrU

Type:                real

NA value:           0

Base_intx:           day_itempzonpro_

Default aggr:      total

Default Spread:      prop

base state:      write

Agg state:      write

Database:      ByI3PromoFrcstOvrU

Sp value type: null

An empty file(byi3promofrcstovru.csv.ovr) was placed in input directory.

The command used to load the measure is:

loadmeasure -d PATH_TO_DOMAIN -measure byi3promofrcstovru -forcePurge

This command executes fine in all the local domains but when i export the measure again it still has the old data.
