Has anybody used ExcelToCI utility to load or update the Cardholder profiles in PeopleSoft

We are looking for the possibilities of adding or updating the cardholder profiles in PeopleSoft using ExcelToCI utility. Is there anybody out there who have implemented or thoughts about it?

One thing, my doubt since this Cardholder profile component deals with encrypting of card numbers in the database is the above option feasible in first place?

Would appreciate any thoughts in this regards.
