Require Entry of Beneficiary in Life/ADD

Hello!  I've been looking through The Oracle support site for an answer, but haven't come across anything yet.  We'd like to know if it's possible to make it mandatory for employees to enter beneficiary information for our employer-paid Life and AD&D benefit.  Is it possible to do this, without customization?
