Question on Free Goods
I'm having an issue with Free Goods line not being added each time.
The adjustment preference is set up for item and all customers. Basically, anytime any customer buys one of these items, it should award one free good item for each of those items sold.
I have two customers I'm testing with using the exact same item number (all other detail is also the same.) When I add an order for one customer, the free good is awarded. When I try adding it for the other customer, no free good is given. When I check the customer, they both have the same schedule set up on the customer master. Is there another place that I need to look at for set up? I tried a third customer, and it's also working as expected. It's just this one customer giving me a problem. I have entered
