Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Open Project Data Conversion failed due to Inactive Employee

We are in the process of Open Project Data Migration from 11i to R12.

There are multiple employees which are inactive in 11i and not present in R12 due to which these projects failed. INACTIVE employees. .

Possible solution we thought of defining dummy employee and replace them with these inactive employee and complete the migration.

Is there any better solution? or Is this a good option to proceed?
