Essbase Transparent partition issues

Hello, We have a ASO cube which fetches data from 2 ASO cubes and 2 BSO cubes using transparent partition. During peak usage we are noticing an abnormal error with the transparent partition failing to establish itself through Maxl. Even if we restart Essbase services it does not work. The only ugly solution we have seen working is by restarting EPM web services and Essbase services. However it pulls down everything and usually is about 30 mins downtime which is not appreciated by anyone.  Any idea why we get this problem? Below is an example of the log it creates
