maxavailablity physical standby database status

Hi, All

I have a physical standby with max availability protect mode with standby redo log and broker.

Can someone enlighten me below doubts:

1. How can I check if the latest data been sync to the standby database?

2. The current_scn in the physical standby database is not changing, is that normal?

3. Can I check the data lagging status in dgmgrl ?
