ORA-02289 in the Application Log

Hi Team,

We tried to click ADD button(+) in the P0015 application and We are getting an error ORA-02289, when we took the log of the application.We are running JDE XE. It looks like a table trigger issue or access issue. Please let us know how to proceed?
