WO creation through SO

Hi,

I created activity rule to move my sales order status to 560 when my work order gets completed. At the time of creating sales order status will be 520, 530. When wo gets completed, SO status has to move to 560. When i create a new sales order and complete my WO i can able to see status moving to 560 in SO. But when i copy an existing Sales order and create a new one i noticed my SO status is not moving but IM, IC getting generated for WO. WO status also moving to 95.
