Siebel 2017 Vs Siebel 2018?

Hi Team,

We are currently using Siebel Open UI 8.1 in our company and were initially planning to move towards Siebel 2017, but as we already have Siebel IP 2018, I would like to suggest my leaders to go for Siebel IP 2018 but I need to justify myself on this.

If someone could provide the detailed comparison (Advantage/disadvantage) between Siebel 2017 and 2018, would be greatly appreciated!
