Hello,

I'm planning to add Job Catagory in r12.2. Where to add this information i.e Job Further Information? Does this impact anything in the career path?  Example:-

Job Title                          Job Type                                 Category                                                                                      Job Number

Financial Specialist III    FT Salary W BN                      Administration/Accounting and Finance Waste Management     19-101

Financial Specialist IV     FT Salary W BN                     Administration/Accounting and Finance /Management               19-108

What are the best practices to define the career path in R12.2?
