Time Card Work Flow Issue

Hell All,

We have received request to disable a oracle account of an user but user have some time cards in submitted status. So we have tried to clear that time cards before disabling her oracle account. We have redirected time cards to approver and asked to approve that, even after approving workflow is still in In process state only.There is only one approver in HRMS, as user has used project code they were directed to other approvers. Not sure why it is still in active status only even after all approvals.
