What is GuardFilter which was introduced in Jan 2019 PSU for 12.2 ?

Hi,

We recently applied the Jan 2019 PSU patches from Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 Critical Patch Update Knowledge Document (January 2019) (Doc ID 2480398.1)

After we found OAM was no longer usable to administer Workflow , we saw the below in the known issues

Oracle iStore / Oracle Applications Manager

When using Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1 or 12.2 iStore or Oracle Applications Manager, you may see the below error message when a page is clicked on before it is fully loaded or when the session has timed out:

Page security cannot be verified. The page may have expired or an unexpected error has occurred. Please try again. If the error persists, please contact your System Administrator for assistance and reference incident# <value>
