Issue loading revision with open interface

I have the following scenario:

1.     Default revision in inventory parameter: 001

2.     Item to load with revision 003

3.      I load item master with open interface (only mtl_item_interface) and I found correctly 003 as revision.

4.     I load then same item for org specifying revision in the file (mtl_item_interface) and I found two revisions: 001 and 003, but I want to have only 003

How to proceed in the right way ?
