How to send alert Notification to resource with task allocation.

Hi All,

Please help me on the below requirement.

1) Task is created but not assigned for some time, how to configure the alert notification to send to customer or Group owner.

2)  Task Is created ad assigned to resource A. how to send assigned notification, If he didn’t pick the task then how send remainder alert

3) The resource submitted the debrief and push the charges to AR which is failed. where needs to be check.
