How to create the contract with future date

1) Customer brought the 10 contract, he wants make them active after one or two months and notification send to him, Is there any  concurrent program to make them active.

2) Customer brought the contract from contract authoring form, how the charges push to AR  from contracts ??

Please advice the same.
