UBE unable to read a text file from IFS using B76B0220

UBE is using B76B0220 -Fetch Next Line From Flat File to read the data . It is not returning any data when i tried to read a file placed in AS/400  folder . When I ran the UBE on BIP server It is able to read the file from a folder which is on BIP server  . Please give suggestions to resolve the issue
