DFF field are mising SSM EAM page

HI,

we using this responsibility AMP-SSM-EAM-MAINT-USER system is showing all DFF delivery to location and delivery to person DFF's

where as when using this responsibility ALC-SSM-EAM-MAINT-USER system is not showing this DFF fields, could you please what setup is missing for this responsibility
