Customer Contracts General Line. Action link issue.

Hello.

We just updated to Image 29 FMS 9.2 PT8.56.  An Oracle fix was put in so now the Action link works(it is functional).  But, the "Related Information" links don't do anything.  You click on them and nothing happens.  Are we missing something here?
